Selena Ellis Counseling

I am most passionate about working with college students, young professionals, new mothers, pre-marital/newly married couples, and anyone else who is in the midst of doing the hard work of trying to become their healthiest and most authentic selves. I want to walk alongside you through the hard questions of why you think, feel, and behave as you do, and help you find the space where you can feel compassionately connected to yourself and the world around you. I work in a collaborative partnership with my clients. Together, we will define what you want to work on, develop solutions, and track your progress. I want you to feel empowered, seen, and safe when you meet with me, and I value the input and strengths you bring to the table.
